The meeting will be held at Alderbrook
Resort (http://alderbrookresort.com/). Eighty-two rooms
(in the main lodge and cottages) have been reserved.
Housing reservations will be made on the Registration
Form (emailed to all participants with accepted
abstracts).
Participants should plan to arrive Friday afternoon,
August 27th, in time for registration (4:00
p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and a casual buffet dinner. The meeting
will conclude Tuesday night, August
31st. Departures should be planned for late
morning/early afternoon September 1st.
The local airport is SeaTac International
(SEA) and is located about 1 hour and 45 minutes from
Seattle or SeaTac Airport. Shuttle service is NOT
included in the registration fee. We are, however,
arranging a shuttle service that will cost approximately
$150 round trip.
Carpooling is encouraged. Airport car
rental rates begin at $260 for the week. For those of
you planning to rent a car and are willing to carpool,
or if you are looking for a ride from the airport,
please send the following information to

We will compile a list of those offering
rides and those wanting rides and will distribute it to
those who are interested. You are invited to refer to
this list to make your own arrangements. You are
responsible for contacting the other party and making
transportation arrangements. We will update and
distribute this list every Friday.
